Our goal is to bring high-quality products to the Fürth and Nuremberg areas. The project aims to introduce the local population to authentic fresh pasta, made and prepared by staff with decades of experience rooted in the traditions of various Italian regions, including Emilia Romagna, Piedmont, Tuscany, Lazio, Liguria, Veneto, and Puglia. Building on this foundation of tradition, Michelangelo and Dan wish to combine a modern vision of Italian cuisine, using excellent Italian and European products, along with high-quality local farm and agricultural produce. Moreover, Michelangelo and Dan want their cuisine to be influenced by the countries and traditions they’ve experienced and worked in, such as Nordic Icelandic, Japanese, Australian creativity, and preparations from South American countries where they have lived, worked, and traveled.
